Refund and Returns Policy

At Rumble Leathers, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. After 15 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage. Items that are returned used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted.

Custom products including custom sizes, custom graphics, or any personalized items cannot be returned or refunded except in the case of a minor change request or an error on our part. If a custom-sized item does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, we are not responsible for returns or refunds. If the sizing error is from our side, we will accept the return.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method only. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 3 working days. You will receive a full refund for the product if it meets our return conditions.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for any reason, including size or style changes. To exchange a product, you must first return the original item in its original condition and cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship your exchange.

6. Final Sale Items

We do not have any final sale or non-returnable items other than custom-sized or custom-designed products (unless the issue is caused by us).

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately before returning it.

  • For minor damage, you may have the item repaired locally by a product expert. Please send us the repair receipt, and we will reimburse you for the repair cost.
  • For significant damage or incorrect items, you must return the product. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the returned item, we will send a replacement at no additional product cost.

8. Return Approval

You must contact us before returning any product. We require you to send clear video proof of the issue. Then wait for our approval and instructions before shipping the item back to us.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please do not send any products back without approval, as they may not be accepted or refunded.
